The room:
The room has a large window that brings in great natural light throughout the day. It comes equipped with a comfy single bed, plenty of storage. (The Single bed means there is plenty of space.)

Council Tax included in rent, Bills come to around £60 a month.

The area:
The house is located in a great central location only 5 mins walk from Battersea Park. Queenstown Road Overground 10mins away. Or for the tube a longer walk to Battersea Power Station, where you can catch the Northern line. There are loads of exciting restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby.

A walk away is the beautiful Battersea Park where you can stroll through the green spaces, access sports facilities like tennis courts, football pitches, and cricket nets. Or if you like you can pop into the Pear Tree cafe for a morning coffee by the pond.

We are also just a short bus journey away from Clapham Common if you want to hit up the bars and pubs there. On the other side of the river you can visit Chelsea and Pimlico.

About us:
You'll be sharing with Alex and Raj. Alex is from UK and is a Chef. Raj is originally from India and works in finance. Both laid back and friendly housemates.

We're looking for someone to join our beautiful house, Ideally female , who is respectful, and are happy to share the same space together. The flat is sociable and with space to host guests. We like to spend time with each other but are also happy being independent when we need that alone time.
