Sadly my flatmate is leaving the flat at the end of May (20th) and I am looking for a new flatmate to take his room.

A bit about me:
I am 32 yo, Italian and have been in this house for over one year and 6 years in the area. I work in market research, mainly from home and 2 days a week in the office. I am a social person with many interests and always up for a chat!

The flat:
The flat is on the second floor of a Victorian house in a quiet and residential street. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, fully furnished kitchen and a living area. Located in a great location, 5 min walk from the park and shops.

Rent & bill:
- £1000 per month, including council tax, internet, water bill
- Gas and electricity are around £100/month or less depending on the season

The location:
- 10 min walk to Danmark Hill Station (overground)
- 6 min walk to Loughborough train station
- 15 mins walk to Brixton tube
- 5 mins walk to the park and shops
- 15 mins walk to Camberwell
