QUOTED RENT IS FOR MON-FR ARRANGEMENT
Double room available in a recently refurbished house with a large garden to share with a lived-in landlady and an outdoor cat. Monday to Friday or other week nights arrangement only or short let.
Furnished with double bed with under-bed drawers, side table, shelves, tall wardrobe with drawers. There is space available for folding desk which can be arranged if required. You will also have dedicated cupboard space in the kitchen and bathroom and the living room often to yourself as I don’t hang out there much. Conservatory and teak table and chairs in the garden are great spots for morning coffee. Overall, quite spacious and comfortable to accommodate 2 people.
Very quiet location with good transport links to central London by train from Charlton Station (15m walk, zone 3, frequent direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Cannon St, Kings X) or Blackheath (short bus ride away, zone 2, direct trains to Victoria, London Bridge) or by jubilee line underground from North Greenwich (zone 2). Free parking space outside the house, very safe and quiet street.
Charlton lido, gym, tennis club and Charlton House (cafe, pizza restaurant) short walks away, Safe space for a bike if you wanted to bring it around, which opens new and much more pleasant commute possibilities (e. g. ride through Greenwich park to DLR or river boat).
I work from home a lot over the summer so am looking for somebody considerate, responsible and laid back.
