Hi there, we have an opening in our amazing house in Wimbledon Sw19 for single occupancy or a couple!

For a single person the rent is £950pm + bills

For a couple the rent is £1100pm + bills

We are an all female household of 7 with ages ranging from 23-27, accompanied by the house dog: Sadie, and Rabbit: Prim. There is plenty of space: a large garden, kitchen and lounge with external utilities in the shed so we are definitely not on top of one another!

We are looking to get the room filled asap, so from the beginning of May. We do not require a deposit for filling the room!

Bills are usually around £122 pp/pm - this includes Water, gas & electric, council tax & wifi, however this is subject to change due to the weather & number of occupants, so will certainly go down!

The house is situated a 5 minute walk from wimbledon Station where you have access to overground, tram and tube; and can be in central london Waterloo in as little as 20mins! We are also a walking distance to South Wimbledon Station where there is access to the northern line.

We would be looking for a single person or couple who love animals, particularly Dogs, and are quite laidback. We are not a huge party household, but aren’t shy of the old get together here and there - we’ll definitely be having a few BBQ’s this summer! The house is also quite self managed, so anyone who is hands on and doesn’t mind a lil DIY is definitely a plus!

Please note this would be a 6 month let, with room to extend depending on the progress of the house as it has been sold to a developer who will be eventually turning it into flats. There will be 2 months notice given to everyone within the home once the plans for this are confirmed but for now we are looking at 6months to a year still in the home! So would love a new addition to enjoy the last legacy of such an amazing place!
