Hey! We’re looking for a third housemate for our 3 bed house in Oval!

We’re looking for a third person to move into our three bed house in Oval. It’s a cute house in a little private gated mews community. We’ve got a separate kitchen, living room and conservatory with a garden for summer too.

Would probably suit someone who is out and about working a 9-5 rather than working from home full time, although we have one desk downstairs. It’s furnished and we have everything so no need to bring anything but yourself! In the bedroom you have the bed and wardrobe included.

Dates are from 11th Feb. Bills are around £150 a month. Looking for someone to sign for the year but there is just a £50 replacement fee if you want to leave at any time.

The letting agent will require references but it’s all very quick and easy :)

About us:
We’re Chloe and George - 30/31 and work in finance and football. We met on Spareroom but get on great, the house is somewhere we come home to and have a chat, chill and cook - not a party house but we both love a night out/ pub trip, along with having both done Ironmans #balance xx
