The location is great if you work in central London or want to enjoy the perks of living close to the centre. It has:

- Shared area (not set up for wfh - but space for a desk in your bedroom)

What I'm looking for:
I think it is important to create a calm and homely environment. Ideally, you'll:
1. have a similar job/ work in the public sector (1-2 WFH days max)
2. appreciate quiet and calm (most socialising happens out and about)
3. appreciate cleanliness and tidiness
4. have similar(ish) interests (it's important to me we get on)
5. respect the flat as your own

A bit about me:
I'm quite an introverted person but do enjoy socialising in small groups. I work as a teacher, and I enjoy exploring the cultural side of London, reading, watching films, visiting art galleries and regular trips to the theatre. I'm a considerate flatmate and want to live in an environment where we both feel we can be our authentic selves!
