A large, bright, clean, comfortable, double room for a FEMALE ONLY. Available from the 10th May onwards. Minimum stay of 3 months. The rent is £675 a month all bills included. There are 2 toilets and two fridges with a small freezer, a large garden, lovely in the warmer months and wifi. All cleaning materials (washing up liquid, household cleaners) will be provided and are included in the rent.

The house is in a very good location, close to all amenities such as Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury. The nearest tube station is clapham common (10 min walk) and a short bus ride away from Vauxhall Station, newly built Nine Elms, battersea and Chelsea. Buses arrive regularly 87, 77 and 452 stops just outside our house.

This is a family house and you will be sharing with 1 other male and a live in landlady. A friendly, quiet household, ideally more suited to someone mature or student's studying who prefer a more calm environment. Socialising in the house with friends, partners/boyfriends is not permitted. Anything else you wish to know? Please ask.

There is a small deposit in advance along with 1 months rent. 3 months MINIMUM stay is required. Includes all bills and wi-fi internet, there are no other charges.
