Hello!

We are looking for a flatmate for over summer. The flat is full of natural light and split over two levels.

Joe is an architect, works at a studio in Hackney and is from North London. I (Greta) work in climate finance in the city and am originally from New Zealand. The classic millennial clichés, we like music, art, films, theatre, the pub, hikes, dinner parties etc. I do have a small dog called Ralph who potters around the house. He's a Poodle/Schnauzer mix so doesn't moult!

The room is available early June to early September so would be perfect for someone doing a summer internship in London or looking for a short term rental.

The flat is 2 mins from Rectory Road Station (Overground down to Liverpool Street) and there's an array of bus routes nearby.
