Available is a large room in a lovely house near Uplands, Swansea.

The property is available from October 1st 2024.

The location is 10 minutes walk from Central Swansea and Brynmill, 5 minutes from Uplands and 30 minutes from campus.

The available room comes furnished and is a large and light double room with built in storage.

The kitchen, dining room and lounge are all spacious and furnished nicely. There is also a patio with table and chairs which have a great view over Swansea bay. The property comes with parking. The property comes with a bath and the shower is really good.

In terms of myself, I am a first year PhD student at Swansea university. I like cooking, hiking and paddle boarding - generally anything outdoors. I’m a sociable person but also quite happy chilling on my own.

In terms of tenant preferences, I’m flexible but would prefer a professional or mature student. I’d like somebody clean and tidy, and ideally you would be keen to do something together every now and and then. Ideally the rental term would be 6-12 months but I will consider short term lets too.
