This is a a professional area 3 mins walk from S4C Television Studios , the University , Art College and St. David's Complex.
7 mins drive from Hospital.

The double and one of the singles overlooks fabulous views to the rear from the large garden and kitchen /diner which faces S .S. West so is always bright and sunny with fab sunsets.

The house has been and is a happy space to unwind for professional and students who want to live in an attractive and peaceful environment in a lovely area.
It is important that The shared spaces ..kitchen, dining room lounge and 2 shared bathrooms are kept clean and uncluttered for all to enjoy. The third bathroom is an en suite shower room.

TRINITY COLLEGE is a 4 minute walk where you will find a Gym at which members of the public can sign up.
ST. DAVID'S complex is opposite the college.

S4C Television Studios are across the road from the University and offer a excellent daytime time menu..

The Haliwell Centre on the University complex has it's own spacious dining area and is also popular with the public serving food until 7 pm. with a Sunday Carvery.

It is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Carmarthen town.
The Leisure Centre and pool in Johnstown is also a 15 min. ute walk.

The rooms are well furnished with high quality bed/ mattress wardrobes desk etc. and bedding can be made available is available .

There is also good storage in the single room with an Ikea MIRRORED WARDROBE mirrored wall desk and a deep alcove with hanging and shelving

The rear single overlooks the valley that rolls away beyond the garden and is flooded with sunlight as it is south facing.
Good quality "washed wood" wardrobe and a bed with plenty of storage beneath The tall single wardrobe has 3 drawers below the hanging space. There is a desk in both rooms.

Occasionally we arrange to have have a meal together either in the house around the very sociable large dining table or in the town.
Time may also be spent sociably in the lounge for a chat and a laugh or enjoying a film on DVD should one have the time to spare .

There is a bus service to town at 2 hourly intervals starting at 7. 50 am within 20 metres. a more frequent service runs from the college a 4 minute walk away.. Town centre is a 15 minute walk from the house.

The house has a garden which backs onto the countryside and has wonderful views. The garden faces south west and is always sunny with garden furniture for you to enjoy and chill.
You will share a lovely spacious and well appointed bathroom with 2 people.
There is also a separate toilet with wash basin on the ground floor so there is never a queue for the bathroom. (The main double bedroom has it's own an en suite bathroom ).

The lounge has a TV and DVD and an electronic piano if you are musical.
The large kitchen/ diner opens on to the large sunny garden and wonderful views across the countryside.

You will have the use of the washing machine in the utility room where there is an extra fridge freezer. There is a rotary line in the garden and a fold up drying rack for indoors.

We are just a 15 min. drive to the coast and the unspoilt historic hamlet of Llanstephan famous for it's castle towering above the estuary overlooking the sea

I am bilingual and can get by in Italian and French. I am not often there but pop in and out
When you need your privacy you will find that your room is an ideal space
