Quick update: female lodger preference due to my current lodger explaining a few things to me about his reasons for wanting this as this person feels they have had better experiences with female lodgers before and, because I am not around at home for a while, I have decided to allow for this on this one occasion, but doesn’t usually happen.

A big enough room with a double bed (plus an extra one up above it in case it may be needed on occasion for whatever reason), a couch/an armchair and table and chair for your laptop and dinner purposes in Cutty Sark, Greenwich. In case you are not familiar with the local area, it is simply amazing and has almost everything you would want or need such as local bars, restaurants, gyms, comedy club, cafes, a university and also historic, picturesque and beautiful panoramic views of London very little walking distance from this flat itself! Come and see for yourself.

It is very easy to get to know transport links that are in my area (there is A LOT of transport you can use including 24/7 buses and DLR on your doorstep and also Greenwich station plus links to the underground and city airport all minutes away), and the fact that the rent is very reasonable and there is no deposit.

There is an Italian lodger living here in the other room and he also speaks good English and Arabic. A very nice person to get to know or just leave you in peace if you prefer.
