Room to rent. Looking for a quiet, happy, non-smoking professional female to rent a double room in a 3-bed house. Must work full-time or study and not work from home.

Mon-Sun £650 all bills included. Must be clean and tidy as it’s a recently refurbished house in East Broyle, North Chichester. Off road parking available. Quiet cul-de-sac.

The area you are renting is a double bedroom comprising of a double size bed, 2 bedside tables, dressing table, chest of drawers , built in wardrobe, Smart TV. All bed linen included. Mostly sole use of the main bathroom (shower cubicle, bath, toilet, sink). Bedroom windows overlooking the front garden.

Shared use of the kitchen, with access to fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, microwave. Double doors leading to an enclosed garden. Side gate gives access to the garden, ideal if using a bike.

Wifi and all bills included. TV licence included if wanting to watch BBC iPlayer.

ABOUT US:
Live in couple with two young boys aged 10 and 7. This is a family environment where we would welcome into our home. We are hardworking professional, friendly, enjoys relaxing and chilling in our spare time. Definitely not a party house. There is also one elderly resident cat.

As mentioned, there’s one old cat who lives here, she is scared of loud footsteps, however, once she gets to know you, she’ll relax and want to say hello.

This accommodation is suited to a professional working person or a student as a semi-permanent home. Ideal for someone looking for accommodation to be closer to their employment (I, e. St Richards Hospital or town centre or university). It’s not a house share, just a relaxing place to stay and chill. Our previous lodgers have stayed with us for 3 years plus!

Hospital is 30mins walk,
Chichester town centre 20mins walk,
Train station approx 35 mins walk.
References required.
Deposit is one months rent.
Either person can end the contract early with a months notice on rent day - as life can bring unexpected changes.
