Cute little flat on first floor of house in Kingsham Road, Chichester. Fully self-contained with its own entrance (this is the major alteration I'm making!) It has a small kitchen, with fridge-freezer and electric cooker, small dining/living room, double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. It's very private, quiet, lots of light.

Including all bills, it's £850 pcm for single occupancy, £1000 pcm for double.

Although it's self-contained, it's still part of my home and I expect it to be treated with care. No smokers or alcohol dependency, I'm afraid. Kindness and respect, yes please!
