Quiet bright lovely house with some CLEANING INCLUDED and COUNCIL TAX NO hidden costs :) ,This is a lovely house with equally lovely house mates, with an outlook onto trees and gardens. It could be ideal for anyone coming to transition to falmouth and needing a base to start from or study.
The house is central but in a quiet part of town, a spacious feeling with outdoor space on different levels to steel quiet time . Its a 10 min walk into central Falmouth, beaches, town and Wood lane campus. other walking distances , 5 mins to Penmere station for the unniversity and bus stops( it actually is next to the train line but (the train comes by twice an hour at a slow trundle so you dont even notice it) , the last train being at 10. 30 pm Owls hoot at night! and also 15 mins walk down hill to Falmouth town .
The vibe is relaxed and friendly, 3 women, with 2 professionals and one student , who have busy lives. They are natural early risers and not late to bed, so its important whoever comes in has the same sleep/ lifestyle patterns to keep the house harmony :) As I have lived in the house I still look for people who would share in the same spirit and healthy lifestyle, there is lots of cooking from scratch with natural ingredients, often meeting in the evenings to cook when it suits , it’s more than sharing a space, they work as a family with open communication, (Its a nice balance between respecting each other’s schedules and personal space but also enjoy drinks , walks and dinners.)
Someone who appreciates cleanliness is appreciated, the lodgers take a pride in treating it like their own home because it is :)
I do a monthly deep clean as part of the package.
. Other additional cost would be a share in toilet roll and other cleaning products.
We have negotiated the extra energy costs to be shared depending on usage each month (but standard charge is still covered in the inclusive rent) .
There are 2 bathrooms one is a small shower room and the other has a deep bath and shower . Bright and spacious Kitchen and social dining relaxing area ! There is parking available on the street in the cul de sac . All the rooms are bright surrounded by mature trees, gardens and birds singing. Large cupboard space in the kitchen and a large american fridge that allows own shelf space comfortably
(General Bills are included) with fibre optic internet.
Looking for someone with an easy going respectful personality, friendly, and interested in more than just sharing a common space. :)
