Hi! Looking for a new flatmate?

Odd times, my 3 favourites things in the world are about to reopen - restaurants, holidays and my fave boulangerie. To top it off I'm looking for a new flatmate!

A double bedroom and your own bathroom in a modern and bright flat 10 minutes from Farringdon, Angel and Shoreditch. The rent for the room is 1320£ p. c. m all bills included.

The flat is a double bedroom, double bathroom with a balcony (ideal spot for sunrise and afternoon WFH chill situation). There is a surrounding zen garden and a 24/7 concierge to help out.

The area is residential (i. e quiet on weekends) but you're a stone's throw from Hackney Canal, Colombia flower market and Barbican.

29-year-old French guy in Fintech; I work more than I realise. Lola tells me I'm a positive and nice guy though I need to improve my cooking... I love a clean flat and a schmoke on the balcony after a long day. I'm looking for someone who is as chilled as me, enjoys a zen and social space and will tolerate my dad humour.

I spend a lot of time abroad so I need someone to take care of my lovely plants and flat while I'm away!

I currently work from home (in my room) though I will be doing a mix post COVID. We will catch up on what furniture we'd like to add to your rooms a. k. a desk etc.

If I am away and you want to visit the flat, Lola will be there to give you a tour and all the gossip. I will be in London til May 21st and back June 13th. Moving-in date can be anytime from June 16th.
