Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, leather headboard. Freesat TV has been installed to view on a 32 inch plasma screen.

There is no communal lounge area, there is a shared kitchen with a table for meals to be eaten at. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave oven, cooker and oven, fridge and freezer.
Good size bathroom with bath and shower too which you will share.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £500. The balance of the deposit £300 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. The rent is payable pro rata in advance before you move in.
