I'm moving out of my awesome room in a shared flat in Holloway simply because I'm moving in with my boyfriend. I love this room and don’t really want to leave! Haha :)

I’m looking for a student to stay for a minimum of 5 months but you can stay for as long after that as you want!

The room is lovely and cosy, with lots of light. It is fully furnished, with a single bed, two wardrobes, a desk and a chair. I am currently living with 3 students, all of which are very friendly and clean! We share a kitchen and a bathroom. There is no shared living room unfortunately.

The bills are excellent, as we only have to pay for gas, the bills only come to roughly £20 a month. Electricity, water and internet are included in the rent.

The flat itself is in Holloway Estate, a three minute walk away from all the amenities on Holloway Road. It is a ten minute walk away from both Caledonian Road station and Holloway Road Station, and there are very regular buses going past. It takes me 15 minutes to cycle into Euston everyday. The estate itself is very safe and quiet – the bedroom has two windows both looking out onto a very pretty green!
