I have a lovely light furnished single room in a terraced 2 bedroomed house close to Bangor college and university,5 minutes drive away from Ysbyty Gwynedd. The room has one single bed, chest of draws and bedside table, and wardrobe. It has recently been decorated with new curtains and carpet. (Rented as is).It has a shared lounge, eat in kitchen, bathroom and utility room including downstairs toilet. There is a decked back garden with patio area (sun all afternoon)and stoned garden at the front (sun all morning). Parking is plenty outside the front of the house. There are plenty of supermarkets some within walking distance. Local cinema and main town. I have a little yorksire terrier cross jackrussel, she is the loveliest dog ever. l work 12 hour shifts including weekends and so i feel a house share would be a perfect solution.
