We have one room available in our popular well-presented 4 bedroom student house.

It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 15 mins walk from Singleton campus through Singleton Park and up Parc Wern Road. Close to shops and amenities in Sketty.

Unlike many other properties there is a large lounge and separate dining room, so it doesn't feel like a student house and there is plenty of space for you to spread out. There are also two bathroom/showers/WC, so never a need to queue!

Just last year we installed a brand new sleek and modern kitchen, and all new appliances. The house also has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer in garage/utility.

Naturally there is full central heating, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, plus we also provide a Wi-Fi
printer/scanner.

All the bedrooms have a full-size desk and a comfortable office chair, plus plenty of storage space.

There is parking, plus a small garden at the front and a patio to the rear which is ideal for the occasional BBQ. We cover the cost of a gardener, but can also arrange a cleaner for the communal areas for you for a small additional monthly charge.

All our previous tenants loved living in the house, and we have had a lot of positive feedback. Our last tenants were all post-grad students and they enjoyed the quiet location and homely surroundings.
