The house has six large bedrooms, all of which have double beds apart from 'Room 3'. Rooms 1 and 2 are on the ground floor, Room 3 is on the second floor, Rooms 4 and 5 are on the third floor, and for those who like privacy; Room 6 is a cool large rooftop space with lower ceilings. The communal kitchen/dining room is on the ground floor, at the back of the house (minimum noise disturbance for all tenants). There are 3 shared bathrooms, two of which have walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms is on the ground floor and the other two are on the second floor.

At the front of the house, there is a small patio area and in the back of the house, the property has an area designated for parking, which is fenced off from the streets with black gates (for maximum security). The whole property is fully-furnished with beds, desks, chairs, side tables, lamps, wardrobes, and even hangers for our tenants' convenience.

Those interested need to be able to commit to at least renting the room/property for at least 6 months, ideally 1 year. While the rooms can be rented individually, we also accept groups who want to rent out the whole property (price is negotiable).
