I'm Anthony, and I'm looking for a new flatmate for the coming academic year, possibly longer.

I am about to enter my final year studying computing science course at Aberdeen University. .

The flat has two bedrooms which are both doubles. Shared bathroom with shower over the bath. Separate lounge with the kitchen off the lounge. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble drier/ cooker, microwave etc.

I don't mind if you have a dog, but can only allow one. Sorry - no cats..

I am a friendly guy but do work/play on the computer a lot of my time, so spend most of my time in my room. Happy to chat if we find ourselves in the kitchen at the same time and I do like to play cards and board games. I keep up with my fair share of the household tasks.

The flat has easy access to the Aberdeen Uni ,a Morrisons and a Lidl supermarket nearby and it's only 10 mins walk into town for shopping, cinema , restaurants etc for when we are allowed to do these things again!

If you are a student yourself the rent is 330 per month. If you are working I need to include a charge for council tax and the rent will be 430 per month.
