This is a really nice room, which is furnished to a high standard, and it is just an 18 mins walk from the Roman Baths, and is one of the closest rooms available to the centre of Bath.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, and just a 5 mins walk from Morrison's Supermarket, and there is resident parking should you drive.

The room is light and airy and you get the sun in the morning to wake up to!

I am looking for a nice tidy lodger that would like to live in a home and not a bedsit.

It is a good size room, and has quality furniture and fittings with 2 wardrobes, swivel chair, writing desk and fitted carpet etc, and the house has all double glazed windows, super fast broadband, wireless pc & printer, sky tv, and this and the council tax, etc, are all included in the monthly rent.

The house has two bathrooms which does make life so much easier!

The garden gets the sunshine for most of the day, and you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden in the summer.

I am easy going, have a good sense of humour, considerate, and I get on well with people. I also know how important it is for you to have your own space to study, or rest after a hard day at work to have a happy stay, and I like my home to be clean and tidy which I think shows in the photos.

You will also be given all new quality bedding and you can choose the colour!, as it is important that the lodger has a comfortable and happy stay, so I do go the extra mile to make this possible!

There is a female professional staying in the other room, and you are welcome to chat to her and the lodger who is leaving to go to a new job in Bristol.
