Large, lawned garden and garage. Close to uni and level with it (excellent access for cycling). Broadband wi-fi (50 Mbps download) included in the rent. 
There are no agency or credit reference fees. This is a totally no-smoking house. 
We welcome visits to view - we think you'll be impressed with the house - but please give as much notice as possible so that we can arrange to be there!
