I am looking for someone to rent out a second bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat in Kemptown with great views from May. £750/month blills not included but wifi is.

The flat:
Modern fit out and furnished kitchen and front room with great views over Brighton and the beach from the balcony (see picture)

The bedroom:
Comes with fitted wardrobes but no bed (see picture) with south facing windows with great views over brighton.

Housemate:
I am 32, male and work for a tech company in London. outside of work I enjoy watching sports rugby, football and F1 mainly I am also into keeping fit but also balancing that out with a social life on evenings and weekends when I can.
