My roommate is flying home at the end of May, so I’m looking for someone to replace her!
- The rent is £747.50 each a month, but I have paid £900 including all bills consistently for the time I’ve lived here.
- There’s street parking with plenty of available space, bus stops within 5 minutes walking distance that get you basically anywhere, and large supermarkets within 15 minutes walking distance.
- I’m a social person, looking to hopefully make a friend, but if that’s not your vibe I respect that!
- I work full time, but have no preference regarding students/working people.
- I do smoke, and am fine living with smokers, but the lease specifies no smoking, so it has to be inconspicuous.
