Hi there, I have a nice bright double furnished room available in between London road and Preston park. All inclusive of bills, WiFi and washing machine. All local amenities incl bars, restaurants, super markets, open market, gyms and barbers etc. So it's a great location if you're looking for something with everything you need on the doorstep and walking distance to parks and into the lanes and town and beach etc. Also, the room is independently on top floor, so lots of privacy. Plus, windows either side of the room so natural light from both sides of the room. Flat only renovated about a year and a half ago.
