Myself and 2 others are searching for a housemate to join us this September in a 4 bed 1 bathroom student friendly house in Moulsecoomb, a 5 minute walk from the university.
We are a friendly, creative, neurodivergent bunch so like minded individuals would be perfect!
I cannot stress enough how important mutual respect and mindfulness of the communal areas will be, this will not be a sesh house, if you aren't someone who can guarantee you'll be able to do your dishes/clean up after yourself very sorry but this feeler is not for u!

We have paid the holding deposit between the 3 of us but would ask that u contribute a quarter (£161), which is later knocked off the first months rent

Accessibility: Unfortunately this property is not wheelchair accessible as it has a rather steep narrow staircase and hallways. The toilet is in a small separate room to the shower and sink. Located in a relatively quiet area not too much outdoor noise. One bedroom is significantly smaller than the other 3 but we will discuss/navigate that when the time comes. I bake bread as a hobby so would not be ideal for gluten free peeps. The back garden is terraced so there are steps out there but the front garden is very flat. Located near multiple bus stops.
