Hi!

Our housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone who would like to take her room from 07/09/2021, and then sign in into our new year contract from 21/09/2021 - 20/09/2022. From this reason we are looking to find someone who is interested to stay with us long-term and consider our place their home! The rent of the room is amazing £ 475, bills are (council tax, el., gas, water, Wi-Fi) currently £ 87.84 per month. Deposit is £ 515.

The room is a part of a large 3-floor 4-bedrooms terrace house with own garden, situated in a nice residential area, with great views, less than 5 minutes walking to Preston Park train station and different bus stops, Preston Park, Sainsbury's/Tesco Local and a few local pubs/cafes, and 20-30 minutes walking to the centre of both Brighton and Hove.

The room is very spacious and beautifully bright due to a large window bay. You can fit any size bed here, large desk, wardrobes, even sofas. All furniture that you see on the photos can stay (left behind by previous housemate), or we can get rid of it if you have your own furniture.

The room as well as the house went through renovation (walls painted, new carpets everywhere, etc.) in late 2019 and everything looks very nice. Another few fixes were completed earlier in 2021, so generally this house is well taken care for.

MORE ABOUT THE HOUSE:

The house is very spacious - it has four bedrooms on three different floors, communal area with a table and sofa (where we sometimes meet for a dinner together or an evening with a board game) and own private garden (perfect for BBQ in sunny days!). Kitchen is fully equipped. There is only one bathroom (but it is very large and bright) in the house but so far we always managed without a problem.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOUSEMATES:

Two men & two women in their 20's / early 30's, all working professionals - everyone young in heart, mature in mind. :-) We all are rather busy in our lives (working hard, doing sports and keeping fit, meeting with friends, travelling a lot, getting some art vibes on concerts or galleries) but we like to spend some time together too (board games, occasional dinner, chats about the life and world over a cup of coffee or glass of wine). Would it be with you?

Are you interested? Please write us something about yourself! But first, please note:

1) No pets, no smokers, sorry.

2) You must be able to clean after yourself and contribute to house chores (or share the cost of a cleaner, whatever we agree on).

3) Visits of your friends are welcome BUT please respect this is NOT a party house (until we all decide to make that party together :-) ..).
