This is a student only let.
We are three female students aged 21-23 looking for two other housemates to continue our tenancy next year. The house is located just off Gloucester Road and is £635 no bills and all double rooms. Tenancy starts July 1st.
We are all sociable and friendly and enjoy cosy nights in as well as pub nights out (but nothing crazy).

I will be going into my fourth year at UoB studying Medicine and my two friends will be going into third year at UWE doing Business and Marketing, and Interior Design.
