Hi, I work away in the week and looking to rent out my room in my Redland flat. The room will be available weekdays only. There is a built in desk in the bedroom with really good wifi throughout the flat. You will have full use of the flat whilst you are here but it is our home so we ask that you are really respectful.

I am looking for a considerate individual who works in Bristol during the week and is in need of a place to stay. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with lots of character and a big enclosed garden that gets plenty of sun and an open fireplace in the living room.

The area is great, a short walk to Cotham Hill with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants with Clifton Down train station less than a 5 minute walk away.
