Two bathrooms in the house, wireless broadband internet, attractive garden, within 20 minutes walking distance of University of Bristol, Clifton Village and the city centre.

£230 per week (a week is 6 nights).

Suitable for professional, visiting professor or post-graduate, minimum age 25+. Not looking for WFH or couples. Share with owner, teacher of English as a foreign language, well-travelled, mid-50s, and occasionally another adult student.

Parking available through a resident's parking permit. Not suitable for bicycle owners, unless you are happy to lock your bike on the street. There is no storage for a bike within the home.
