One spacious double bedroom and private bathroom available in a top floor two-bed flat just off Whiteladies Road and within 2 minutes’ walk of Clifton Down train station.
Short term lets considered.
The room has a double bed (mattress included), lots of floor space (larger than photo conveys), two large built-in wardrobes, drawers, a large desk, two bedside tables, and views over a well-kept garden. There is also an allocated private bathroom.
The shared spaces include a large living room, hallway and kitchen.
The street is very peaceful and quiet despite being right next to a great selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and other utilities. There is very easy access into the centre and elsewhere from Whiteladies Road just at the end of the street.
A parking permit can be acquired for on-street parking.
Bills (water, internet, gas and electric) would be around £100pm on average.
Council tax band D - about £110pm.
The apartment would be shared with myself.
I’m an Engineer and fairly new to Bristol after finishing my PhD earlier this year. Currently I work several days per week from home, based at my desk in my bedroom, although this is likely to change to more on-site working in the near future.
I’m very easy-going and enjoy cooking, movies, sports, games and trips to the pub, although I also like my own space at times and respect others’.
Cleanliness is very important to me so someone who enjoys keeping communal spaces tidy would be a good fit.
Please let me know if you have any other questions! :)
