One room available to a student or a professional in Newnham, Cambridge. We are looking for someone willing to live with us preferably from September to July (academic year)

The room available has a single bed, furnished with a large wardrobe and a desk that looks out onto the patio behind the house. The room is spacious and bright, situated next to the bathroom.

The house is currently under refurbishment so the current photos of the house online won't be accurate. Mainly the kitchen and bathroom downstairs is being gutted and redesigned over July and August.

Local Facilities within 100m: Pub (Red Bull), Coop shop (7-10 everyday), Post Office, Dry Cleaners, Butchers and Chemist.
Walk into the centre of the city roughly 10 minutes, 5 by bike.

All friendly, sociable boys in our final year of University. Two are studying Sports Science and one is a Bio-medical student. All of us watch a lot of sports and socialise but also work hard, there is plenty of space and time when the house is quiet to study.

Bikes can be stored inside the house to make sure they are safe and dry for daily use.

Parking is available, a permit will have to be purchased through the Newnham council (annual permit for all days and hours).

Multiple parks are nearby, mainly Llamas Land, also Grantchester Meadows are right behind Newnham to walk through.

The closest Gym is Pure Gym at the Leisure Park, 15 minutes walk away.
