I am looking for a student to take over the contract of a Standard Studio in Peterson hall, DD1 4LS. The student accomodation is 5 minutes away from university and is in the heart of Dundee.

This studio includes a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, study area and a comfortable double bed. There is laundry room 2 minutes from my room as well.

The contract covers the period from February 14 2023 to August 30th,2024. The cost is £194 per week including all bills. The lease transfer process will be handled through by the accommodation managers
