Hiya, I’m here to advertise my flatmates room as he has moved out and so need a new enthusiastic flatmate.

The flat is in a very central location with all necessary amenities close by including multiple grocers, laundry facilities (although we do have a washing machine), takeaways and bars within a 2 minute walk from the flat. The university of Dundee which I and the current other flatmate attends is a 10 minute walk away or a 2 minute drive. It is a 25 minute walk to the city centre or a 5 minute drive. The area is also connected with many different bus routes which run frequently albeit a tad late.

The kitchen contains all cooking equipment really needed including an air-fryer and we share plates and cutlery so no need to bring your own.

There is a shared bathroom somewhat unfortunately although we don’t tend to take long showers so haven’t personally had any issues with multiple people using them.

The other flatmate and I are both males aged 19 and 22. Honestly, he isn’t about much and I work frequently so if you’re looking for a quiet flat we might be perfect for you! When we are both in though we are very friendly and somewhat outgoing although we don’t expect you to be if you’re not 😭.

We would however be looking for flatmates of similar age and someone we can engage in friendly conversation with as living with someone who doesn’t want to get to know us would possibly become a bit uncomfortable for us 😅
We don’t mind which gender applies either if that’s a concern.
