I am looking for a female flatmate, the room is not suitable for couples or children and no overnight guests are permitted.

There will be shared use of kitchen (including, washing machine oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc), bathroom and living room which also includes a dining area.

The flat is close to the universities, hospital and city centre and is close to many bus routes.
