Hello! I'm a 2nd year law student looking for a student (preferably female) to take over my tenancy in a cute house share. The contract is valid until June 2024 and is renewed in June 2025.

The flat is located on South Street, St. Helens Well. Very close to the city centre and all the other amenities and 20 mins walk away from the university campus.
