Hello everyone,
I have 1 double and 2 single room available from September 2024 to rent in a lovely, fully furnished 3 bedroom student house in the Gilesgate area. It’s a detached house so neighbors won’t bother you. The house had a complete refurbishment just few years ago so everything is done up to high spec.
Location:
DH1. It is a short walk from Durham Centre but if you prefer it has easy and frequent transport to the University stops too.
When you need shopping, 5min walk will bring you to a large range of shops such as 24h Tesco, Aldi, Island, Tk Max, Matalan, etc there are also a few takeaways around pizza shops, Indian, Chinese, sandwich shop, there is a local dentist, doctors, hairdressers, pharmacy, beauticians, etc.
Also, two bicycles are available at the property.
