A fully furnished, 4-bedroom house within a 10 minute walk of UEA. It features fast broadband and a twice monthly cleaner and gardener. All bills are included in the monthly payment.

We only rent to postgraduate students, so as to create a quiet atmosphere for study. There are no tenant fees and no deposit. Only the first month's rent in advance is needed to secure the 12 month contract.

Together with the four bedrooms there is a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a shower room, two separate toilets, a living room, utility area and a patio garden.

There is one, upstairs double bedroom (3 in the video) available for the next academic year. There are three PhD students remaining from this year of Polish/English/Indian background.

We are a family run business with a number of properties near UEA, of which we are all alumni. We have an extensive knowledge of UEA and Norwich and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do not use letting agents, so you will always deal with us directly throughout your tenancy.
