We’re 5 mins from Victoria Park, 10 minutes to Hackney Wick, 15/20 to Bow Church and Bow Road and 20 minutes to Stratford on foot.

You would have a large double ensuite bedroom furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, drawers and desk. Then there is a large shared kitchen/ living room and additional bathroom. The kitchen/living areas is well equipped and lovely space.

We’re in the process of selling the flat but can guarantee a room until end of August, with the potential for it to be longer if you'd like. We're open to sole occupency or couples.

There is currently another spareroom couple living in the flat who'd be your flatmates. They are very easygoing and work in hospitality so often out at work. They very clean, tidy and friendly.
