Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate for the cutest little 2-bed flat in Newington, near Cameron Toll. It’s been recently refurbished and is fairly central, 2x double bedrooms, and £500 including all bills plus £75pppm council tax (to be paid directly to council). Modern appliances and furniture; your room includes a double bed, desk, and wardrobe/closet. Located EH16, close to Arthur's Seat and walking distance to Old Town, available September (ideally mid-late Sept). Lease will initially be until May or June 2021, with potential for extension.

I'm Sophie, the current flatmate. I'm currently a postgrad student but will be working from September. I'm social and friendly but not a party animal, tidy, always up for a chat, and hoping to get back into more creative hobbies once I'm finished my degree. Ideally I'm looking for a flatmate who's also a friend - social and down to hang out with inside/outside of the flat sometimes, easy to communicate with and share responsibilities with, but also someone who's got their own thing going and respects space.
