Hi Everyone,

With the new semester upon us, we at this lovely flat in Newington need you! We are seeking one new flatmate to move in to a room (picture attached) come late August. We are currently 2 boys and 1 girl. The rent is £400pcm, no deposit (I know don't know how that works either tbf but our landlord is the MAN). WiFi is £7.75 a month and bills are around £40 a month in the warmer months then around £40-60 in the colder. We are a pretty social flat with a couple of us working in bar part time (think of that sweet sweet discount we can get you) but all take our studies pretty seriously during term time too. The flat is a two storey penthouse as you can see right in the heart of Newington with 4 rooms, nice large living room, good size kitchen with gas hob, and two bathrooms. Good bus connections from South clerk st pretty much anywhere you wanna go in Edinburgh. 25 minute walk to kings and 5 mins to central, 10ish to ECA.

We are looking for someone who is first and foremost for CT issues, a student. We all attend Edinburgh university but do not require you to also attend Ed Uni cause we're actually sound. Someone who is sociable but respectful and tidy is ideal. 2nd year and upwards are likely to get in ahead as we know we were all a mess in 1st year.
