Hey everyone !

Unfortunately, I have to leave Edinburgh soon so I have a room available in a lovely two-bedroom flat. It is located in the Tollcross area, near George Square and within walking distance of Princes Street.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared between the two tenants. The kitchen is fully equipped, particularly with a large fridge and a rice cooker. There is one big double room and a smaller double room, my flatmate doesn't mind which one you'd prefer.
You will have the flat to yourself until December as my flatmate is spending the first semester home but she is planning to come back in January. She's a lovely girl who is studying at the University of Edinburgh.

The rent is 475£ per month with a 475£ deposit. The WiFi is included in the rent. The bills are not included but should be around 40£ a month. Both my flatmate and our landlord are very easily reachable if you have any issues.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who would be moving in October but I don't have a fixed date so it can be flexible. I'm also available if you want to visit the flat, just let me know.

For tax council reasons, we're looking for another student unless you would be willing to pay for the full amount.
