Two final year students, one engineer and one international relations with a small double room available in a fully furnished, spacious 3 bedroom flat located in a prime student area of Marchmont. Flat has one bathroom, a large kitchen and a large living room. Located one minute from the meadows and a 10 min walk from main university campus so ideal for Edinburgh uni students.

As a flat, we enjoy doing things together, and in particular sharing cooking and cleaning duties. We would hope to have someone willing to partake in this. Ideally, our flatmate would share the same interests as us, and be willing to ensure the flat is well kept at all times.

Ideally, looking for someone willing to chip in to buy some sort of TV package (previously we have had virgin, with an added sky sports bundle).
