4 bed terrace house near Polsloe Bridge, Exeter. Good transport links either by train/bus into Exeter/surrounding areas. 20 minute walk to RD&E hospital.
It's my family home with myself, my 29 year old daughter We also have a small dog who is friendly and housetrained.
It's a friendly easy going household, we are busy doing our own thing.
If your looking for a party household or out late drinking on a regular basis this isn't the house for you 😊.
The house is generally quiet.
Being my family home I do have my family/grandchildren visit usually on a weekly basis but at a reasonable time.
The house is generally in good repair, and stays pretty clean/tidy.
The room is furnished, you will need a fire stick for TV.
Shared bathroom & shared kitchen, we just work around each other and it seems to work well.
Fridge/freezer and cupboard space available, my home is well equipped with kitchen items so there's not really storage if you have lots of your own kitchen wear.
I do have a garden which is a project I'm starting as the weather improves.
Smoking permitted in the garden, not indoors.
No residents parking permits required so usually ok to park around the street.
