I have a furnished double room avaialable..
It is a 3 bedroom house but I work from home and use one of the bedrooms as an office, so it is a large house/plenty of space for 2.
The house is 3 floors and my bedroom and office are on top floor; the available bedroom on ground floor (as is the bathroom) and there is a kitchen/dining room/sitting room on lower ground (along with a garden).
The area is peaceful, not far from university and there is a bus into town. We have a shop here and not far to the supermarket. Also, there is park vey nearby.
About me: I work long hours and away most weekends so the house is a peaceful place to be. When time allows, I am sociable. Equally happy with housemate who prefers their own space or someone who enjoys the occassional shared meal.
All bills incl council tax etc included.
Photos attached - My previous housemate used the bedroom as bedroom & sitting room all in one, but we can re-arrange things.
