Hi, I'm a trainee Clinical Psychologist studying at the University of Exeter.

I'm looking for a friendly and tidy person (ideally another female postgrad student) to share the 2 bedroom flat with me and my lovely dog.
I enjoy having some company, having a chat but also chilling in my room. No pressure to be social!

The room comes unfurnished but current small double bed and mattress can be kept if you wanted for a small price.

Flat is 10-15min walk from Streatham campus and 10min walk from city centre.
St James Park train station is 1min walk away.
Easy to find parking. Street is residents parking permit only.

Flat comes with a spacious kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Also, there is a front a back patio, garage, basement and a private little park outside the house which is shared with the neighbours - they do bonfire night, Christmas carols and mulled wine there in Winter, garden parties in summer. It's a lovely community.

Move in date could be in August or September.
