Hi,
I'm looking for a single occupant for a double rooms in my beautifully kept first floor flat.
The room is a spacious open double room and has fitted wardrobes, a double bed, desk and a chair.
The flat already has everything i. e. washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils and pans, cutlery and crockery, kettle, microwave, ironing board, iron etc so in the interest of managing limited space, I am looking for a student who can move in without bringing much of their own belongings.
Water, Electricity, Gas and Internet bills included. Students are exempt from Council Tax but confirmation of student status will be needed from the university to give to the local Council.
The flat is in a lovely quiet area, about 25 minutes walk from either Streatham or St Lukes campus. It also has a garden, an allocated parking space as well as ample parking on the street.
The flat is a two bed flat, so you will only be sharing the flat with one other person. This is for single occupancy, so sorry no couples.
My main priority is to find a lovely student, (undergrad/postgrad/Phd research students, young or mature), who is honest, trustworthy, considerate and responsible, someone will enjoy living here and will take good care of the flat.
A current agreement is in place with an international student until the 17th of August, so I am looking for someone to take the room from the 19th of August 2024 onwards.
Happy to answer any questions, so please get in touch if you're interested.
All the best,
Farah
