We have a furnished 1st floor good sized room to let in our large, period, homely, 2 story shared house, convenient for town and bus routes, with on-street parking, front and back courtyard gardens. Quirky, with lots of period features, plus the benefit of modern comforts.
Room size is approximately 3.4mx3m with recesses around the chimney breast. This is a quiet room at the back of the house, upstairs, overlooking the rear courtyard garden.

Pinhoe Rd/Mount Pleasant area is convenient for RD&E, Heavitree, Streatham and St Luke's campus's and city centre.
No smoking house and a quiet friendly home, not a party house!
All bills are included in the price - Council tax, gas, water, electricity and Ultrafast broadband.
Room is double sized, for 1 professional / mature student tenant to join 4 other professionals / mature students.
So sorry that we can't accept couples unless they take 2 rooms as we have a maximum of 5 tenants in the house.
Room is available August 14th
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs.
Downstairs there is a shower room with separate toilet and an upstairs full bathroom with bath and shower over it; a large open plan fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine, outside washing line, dining room and lounge, with 2 sets of French windows opening onto courtyard garden, a private outside space for hanging out or for BBQ's.
On-street parking and secure space in back garden for locking up a bike.
Ultrafast Broadband
A weekly cleaner comes to 'do' the communal areas (sorry, that doesn't include your personal washing up:-) !)

Here's the nitty gritty stuff:
We offer 6 month AST's which then go onwards month to month if we're all happy with each other and often end up being long term lets.
We're not set up for short term lets.
We do check references via National Residential Landlords Association service and we are Accredited NRLA Landlords who live about 22 miles away.

Our aim is to have a happy, homely house.

Due to the Coronavirus we obviously want to reduce showings and footfall in the house and make showings as safe as possible, for everyone.
Working as remotely as possible is a new way of working and we are all learning as we go, so please bare with us.

We plan to hold video calls with prospective new housemates in the 1st instance
