This advertisement is for a room 20-30 minutes walking distance from the University of Glasgow and 10 minutes walking from Tesco extra. It is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. It is home to two beautiful cats and two lovely people.

All common spaces are shared. The house has a bathroom and a half. The guest bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, a study desk and a dressing table.

The house has two storerooms and a shed. Plenty for a student!

I am myself a student at the University of Glasgow and my partner works at PWC, Glasgow.

One of the prerequisites is a tidy house mate. I have been a patient of OCD and require all common spaces to be maintained in a clean and organised manner. I love meeting new people and learning new ways of doing old things.

I am always looking to create a sustainable, green and low waste home.
